What we collect
- What you give us when you reserve a spot: your email, number of dogs, the general reason you visited (for example “vomiting”), the plan you chose, and your answer to our pricing question.
- Red-flag screen answers are processed in your browser and are not stored with your email.
- Usage data via Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type, and the ad that brought you here. These services use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To email you when early access opens, and occasional safety tips if you agreed.
- To understand which features and prices people want, and to improve our ads.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with the service providers above that help us run the site.

Retention
We keep reservation data until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
